Stoney Ridge Phase B Subdivision - Austin, Texas
Stoney Ridge Phase B consists of roughly 64 acres out of an approximately
100-acre tract located north of Elroy Road and west of Ross Road
in Austin, Texas. The planned use for Phase B is for one-two family
residential units generally less than 5,750 SF. The limits of construction
for Stoney Ridge Phase B include the construction of 323 lots, associated
streets and utility improvements, and the construction of Popham
Boulevard.
D&A revised the conceptual plan for Phase B and after approval
by Client, prepared a preliminary plan utilizing existing information
and a final plat for each section. D&A prepared the applications
and submitted the plans and construction documents to the City for
approval. D&A also prepared construction documents for improvements
associated with each final plat phase. This work includes design
of water, wastewater, storm drainage, grading plan, water quality,
detention and streets. The storm water within the development is
contained within a storm sewer network of pipes and channels and
will be directed to the regional wet pond. D&A keeps up with
a construction reference sheet for each phase of construction that
will show, among other things, all lots with dimensions, easements,
setbacks, utility mains and service locations for all utilities.
