Piazza Navona Condominiums - Austin, Texas
Piazza Navona Condominiums is a multi-family complex at 713 West 26th Street, less than 4 blocks to the University of Texas campus. The site was rezoned by City of Austin in 2004 and is located within the lower one-third of the Shoal Creek Watershed. The eight story, 104,904 SF, facility sits on 0.491-acres and all parking for this project is provided within the first three levels of the building.
D&A worked closely with the project Architect Allan Nutt and assisted with the evaluation of the site plan as it related to civil site issues such as, but not limited to, utilities, grading, parking layouts, landscaping and site lighting. D&A prepared an overall drainage area map, produced construction documents to help the Client with obtaining a site permit, and prepared and processed corrections through the City of Austin's Fire Department, Water and Wastewater, Utility, Traffic Control and Land Development.
