Commercial. Doucet & Associates has designed a wide range of commercial office developments. From multi-story high-rises to office park condominiums and integrated mixed-use neighborhood commercial space, our team understands both the design and political challenges of working in the heart of suburbia.

Institutional. When it comes to medical and education facilities, realizes that construction often takes place while classes and medical sessions are taking place. D&A reviews and analyzes the design proposed by the design team to solve potential problems before they arise. We coordinate closely with school and hospital officials to ensure that normal activities are not disrupted while we enhance the learning and healing environment. D&A has managed elementary schools through college campus construction projects and designed school bus parking lots, athletic fields and facilities. Our medical facility experience includes LEED-certified hospital, health care and rehabilitation centers, and medical offices development.

Residential. Doucet & Associates has helped create a number of unique and successful residential developments. From starter home neighborhoods to luxury estate developments, from small mixed-use to vast master-planned communities, our work shares a common thread: livability. Our extensive experience in designing residential projects has resulted in attractive and profitable developments. Public Policy/Works. Helping counties and cities be good stewards of their economic and natural resources – that is the core mission of D&A’s public policy team. Doucet & Associates’ policy group helps local governments plan for the future by helping cities craft unified codes, land use and grow plans, advising on development regulation, reviewing development proposals and working with mass transit providers on facilities planning and permitting.

Infill Development. The growing population and environmental consciousness in existing cities and towns is leading to an emerging infill market that demands creativity and experience. D&A delivers on both counts. From downtown high-rises, to neoclassical urban lofts and retail, we understand the complexities of infill development projects, and are experts at smoothly traversing the regulatory and community approval process. We are very aware that good infill design starts with an understanding of the neighborhood and we strive to create a community that’s pleasant and safe to live in.

Graphic Feasibility Studies. D&A has the capability to provide in-depth graphic site feasibility studies, integrating more conventional text-based data with state of the art aerial imaging and GIS mapping.
