ShadowGlen Golfcourse - Manor, Texas
Doucet & Associates represented GWI Partnership and Dwyer Realty
in the engineering and platting of the ShadowGlen Clubhouse, Cart
Barn and Maintenance Facility located on the eastern side of Gregg
Manor Road along Highway 290 in Manor Texas. D&A performed land
development and civil engineering services per the City of Manor
Subdivision Codes and Zoning Ordinances in the development of the
Golf Course Facilities. The project boundary was 2.29 and 6.72 acres
for the Maintenance and Clubhouse facility respectfully. The design
incorporated coordinating with several local engineering and surveying
firms for the development along Lexington Road and ShadowGlen residential
Improvements. The engineering also took into affect the future improvements
for the entire ShadowGlen development and associated improvements
within the City of Manor.
