Creekside Ridge Office Park - Roseville, California
This entire office park project on 158 acres was master planned and approved. More than 1 million SF of office space was created for the growing Roseville area. D&A provided the civil site design for several office buildings and parking lot lay outs; the work included planning, entitlements, preparation of civil site construction documents, permitting and construction administration. The Creekside Ridge Office Park is home to our California Division staff since 2005.
