Village Park - Bee Cave, Texas
The Randall's anchored retail center in South Austin sets a standard
of quality for much needed retail services in the surrounding residential
areas. The shopping center embraces existing natural terrain winding
around Cherry Creek and includes a 32,800 SF cave preservation area.
A re-irrigation system resulting in higher water quality than required
by the City of Austin was provided and nearly a quarter of the site
has been set aside as a natural area. The development includes banking,
dining, grocery and personal shopping services. The project team was
adamant about exceeding Austin’s environmental criteria and strove
to set a precedent of high quality design so that this shopping center
would contribute to the overall quality of life in the community.
