The next phase of a 68-unit condo development in Northwest Austin is under construction.

Reshetar Development Group is working on the 28-unit second phase of Lakeline Square Town Homes. The project, which has received a five-star rating from Austin Energy's Green Building program, is on Lynhurst Boulevard southeast of the intersection of U.S. Highway 183 and State Highway 45.

Reshetar says all 16 units in phase one and 20 units in phase two are sold. The last phase, scheduled to break ground this fall, will include another 24 units. Six of those units are sold.

Units average about 1,400 square feet and are priced under $185,000. Green energy components include eco-friendly landscaping, water-efficient plumbing and high-efficiency cooling systems.

Austin-based Doucet & Associates provided site planning and engineering on the project. David Cavalier with eTexas Realty brokered the deal and handles the sales and marketing. Venture Four Architects designed the homes.
