Mr. C. Rick Coneway, P.E., BCEE, has joined Doucet & Associates, Inc. (D&A) as Vice President and Austin Division Manager.  Rick will lead and manage all business operations in Texas.

Rick brings an extensive background in public works and land development as well as experience with federal government projects.  His impressive background makes him well suited to assist D&A with the broad range of services required by our clients.  He is active in local business and civic organizations and brings assets and perspectives that go beyond his technical competency to D&A.
